DESIGN DIRECTION

It is ideal for clients seeking spatial guidance, initial colour and style direction, and a cohesive design framework to help bring ideas together and create a clear vision they can continue to refine and implement over time.
This service forms the foundation of the design process and includes spatial planning, concept development, and initial design direction to establish the core vision and structure of the project.
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

Design Development builds upon a concept to refine and resolve the project in greater detail. This stage brings together the spatial planning, materiality selections, and key interior elements into a cohesive and considered documented set.
This service is suited to projects that are ready to move beyond concept into detailed resolution, where decisions around materials, layout, joinery details, and documentation need to be designed and developed. It is ideal for clients seeking a clear, structured, and build ready outcome to hand over to their builder or contractor.
This service concludes at the documentation stage and does not include construction phase involvement or site coordination, making it well suited to clients who already have an established construction team or preferred project management pathway in place, or simply want documentation ready to go for when the time is right to start thinking about construction.
This service includes all items from the Design Direction stage, as well as detailed developed plans, material selections, joinery designs, and specification preparation.
CONCEPT TO COMPLETION

Full Service Design offers a complete end to end approach, guiding a project from initial concept through to final completion. This service brings together all stages of the design process, including concept development, documentation, detailing, and ongoing design coordination throughout construction.
This service is designed for clients seeking full design support and guidance across every stage of their project, from initial concept through to completion. It is ideal for those who value a cohesive and highly resolved outcome, with continued design involvement, collaboration, and oversight maintained throughout the execution of the project. It is particularly suited to clients seeking a more streamlined process that also delivers efficiencies in both time and overall project cost, while ensuring consistency and clarity from start to finish.
This service includes all items from the Design Development stage, as well as full documentation, construction phase coordination, and ongoing design oversight through construction untill project completion.
