BRIEF

Every project begins with a conversation. We take the time to understand your needs, style, and how you live or use your space. This is where we uncover your goals and start shaping a tailored brief. We'll also chat about budget, timelines, and the scope of your project, so we can recommend the services that best suit you. It’s the perfect moment to bring along any Pinterest boards or reference images you love!
Following our Initial Consultation, you’ll receive a Design Fee Offer, a detailed, personalised proposal outlining how we plan to bring your vision to life. There’s no pressure or obligation to move forward straight away, just all the information you need to make an informed and exciting decision.

CONCEPT
Here’s where the fun really begins. We translate everything from your brief into an initial design concept that captures your vision. This stage includes Spatial Layouts, mood boards, and early ideas for colours and materials, all designed to reflect your style and how you want your space to feel.
It’s an inspiring and collaborative phase where you’ll start to see the look and feel of your space take shape. We’ll explore different directions and possibilities, and your feedback plays a key role in guiding the design. The goal is to align on a clear and confident vision before we move into the finer details.

DESIGN AND DOCUMENTATION
Now we dive into the finer details. This phase is all about refining the concept into a fully developed design. We create Detailed Drawings, Schedules, and documentation that your builder (and any other consultants) will need for a smooth and accurate execution. If you’re working with an architect, we’ll collaborate closely to ensure a seamless flow between the interior and exterior.
You’ll receive updates throughout this stage, so you’ll always know how things are progressing. If anything needs your input, like reviewing or signing off on key design elements, we’ll let you know.
If your Design Fee Offer includes Visual Renders, you’ll receive them during this stage to help you clearly visualise the space before it comes to life.
CONSTRUCTION
We stay by your side throughout construction, ensuring the excitement never turns into overwhelm. We act as your design advocate, working closely with your builders and trades to help ensure your vision is brought to life, just as planned. We respond to any interior design related RFIs (Requests for Information), attend site visits when needed for detailed discussions, and liaise with the team to keep everything on track.
You’ll stay fully informed throughout the entire process with regular updates on progress, decisions, and any changes that may arise. Our goal is to make this stage feel as smooth and supported as possible, so you can enjoy watching your space take shape with confidence.

HANDOVER
As construction nears completion, we’ll carry out a defects inspection with you and your builder, walking through the finished spaces to identify any areas that may need a little extra attention. No build is ever perfect the first time, and this step ensures everything meets the standard you deserve.
You’ll also receive a complete Practical Completion package with all your interior design plans, product selections, and care and maintenance guides, making it easy to enjoy and look after your beautiful new space for years to come.
